Inquiry Cycle

The following resource is intended to support the teaching of historical inquiry in the (7-10) school

As part of a review of my department's history program I have undertaken extensive mapping of assessment types and their alignment to the National Curriculum Achievement Standards (which naturally are all in the process of being changed... again). I developed these resources to support our department in creating a consistent vertical approach which would gradually build historical skills in line with curriculum requirements. They are very much a work in progress but I'm excited to see how they work in practice.
